1. Services
Chiwebs provides AI-assisted website design and development services for small businesses. Upon payment of the flat fee of $199, we will deliver a live website within 24 hours as described at the time of purchase.
2. Payment
All fees are charged in US dollars. Payment is due before work begins on your live site. The $199 flat fee covers design, development, domain registration (first year), and hosting as specified in your plan.
3. Refund Policy
Because you receive a full free preview before paying, refunds are not offered once work on your live site has begun. If we are unable to deliver your site within 24 hours for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the website files outright. Chiwebs retains no ongoing claim to your website's design or content. We may display your site as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise.
5. Limitation of Liability
Chiwebs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
